It is with great sorrow that we share the news that Noel Webster passed away last week having contracted pneumonia, following a long spell of illness over recent years.

Noel was a stalwart of Green Lane Cricket Club and was instrumental in forming the joint sports club Aireborough Nunroyd Sports Association (ANSA) when our Club moved to Nunroyd Park over 20 years ago.

His funeral will be held at Rawdon Crematorium at 1pm on Wed 21st Dec for anyone who may wish to pay their respects.

The wake will follow at Nunroyd Pavilion, Nunroyd Park.

The thoughts of everyone at Aireborough RUFC are with Noel's friends and family at this sad time.
