Important details for parents ahead of the new season

We can't quite believe it, but the rugby season gets underway again this Sunday, 8th September and begins with registration and a fun-filled training session.

As you know, it's an exciting season for us as we celebrate our 50th Anniversary as a rugby family.

In order to ensure things run as smoothly as possible, we've created a schedule for the morning.

Registration will be a little different this year as the RFU have changed the registration process and are asking all parents/carers to check and update their child’s details online. Please click on the link that you have been sent by Joanna Rattray and check that the details we have are correct and amend them as appropriate.

Your email address should already exist in the system, so please use that as your username and click Forgot Password to set up your account. There have been some technical difficulties with the system so if it doesn’t work initially please wait a few days and try again.

Payment of membership fees is also due by 8th September. We are giving people the opportunity to pay either £80 in full or two installments of £40, with the second £40 due on or before Sunday 12th January. Siblings are charged at £60, receiving a £20 discount.
The preferred method of payment is by bank transfer using the following details:

Acc name: ARUFC

Sort code: 20-78-42

Acc number: 40595756

Ref: Please use the player's surname and age group e.g. SMITH U12 or JONES MICRO

If you are unable to make payment using online or mobile banking you can bring cash or cheque to the clubhouse on registration day.

The day commences at 9.30am with a brief presentation from our Safeguarding team, followed by registration, distribution of club-branded post-match shirts, and training at 10.30am.

To thank you for your continued support, on payment of membership fees you will receive a loyalty card from our sponsor, The Potting Shed Guiseley, which entitles you to a discount on both food and drink, 7 days a week, for the 2019/20 season.

Please look out for further information about the launch of the new kit on 28th September and in the meantime if you have any queries concerning registration please don’t hesitate to contact Joanna on jor.aireboroughrufc@gmail.com.

Here's to a fabulous 50th Season!
