Get ready for the launch of 'Rugby-Fit'

By Gemma Birbeck

Free parent and child rugby fitness sessions to take place over summer

As we appreciate our members and the people of the wider community, we've decided to launch a brand-new inclusive sports session to encourage more of the community to get out and be active this summer.

From the 7th June, we will host a series of free ‘Rugby-Fit’ sessions designed to allow children and adults of all ages to enjoy partaking in some light activity, whilst making friends and having fun.

Each session will include one hour of light rugby-related activity such as the popular ‘touch and pass’, followed by a social gathering in the clubhouse.

Recognising the barriers that prevent many families from being as active as they would like, we will hold ‘Rugby-Fit’ sessions free of charge, in the hope that more people will come along and join in.

Commencing on Friday 7th June 2019, ‘Rugby-fit’ will be held weekly between 7 and 9pm at the club on the pitch over the beck.

We hope to see as many parents, members, friends and family there as possible!
