Double celebrations as Aireborough secure two finalist places in the 2018 Crabbies National Rugby Awards
Last night official communications revealed that Aireborough have secured a finalist place in the Crabbies Facility Development Club of the year awards. It's no secret that over the last few years huge developments have taken place at the club, both in the way that it operates and the facilities it offers, so for that to be recognised wider afield is very rewarding. However, none of this would be possible without all of the fabulous volunteers involved at Aireborough, therefore recognition of their hard work is due. The club is lucky enough to be blessed with some fantastic people who care about it's growth, and each and every one of them has contributed to it's successful nomination.
A huge congratulations goes out to the Chairman Graeme Foster, who has also secured a finalist place in the Crabbies Rugby Lifetime Acheivement Awards. After years of dedication and commitment to rugby and the club, it's great to see him being recognised for his efforts. Graeme and the other finalists from across the country will attend the ceremony at Twickenham in August, where the winner of each award will be announced. Please join us in congratulating Graeme and all at Aireborough on their success.
