T.A.C.K.L.E. is a brand-new series of events launched to raise awareness of how being part of a team and participating in sport can have a positive impact on mental wellbeing and encourage more men from the community to speak out or seek support.

The event aims to:

Reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues, particularly in men

Encourage men in the community to come forward, seek support and share their own stories

Provide advice on how members of the community can support friends and family experiencing mental health issues

Promote the benefits of being part of a team and participating in sport

Promote positive mental health and create an awareness of the importance of looking after your mental health

7.00 PM Introduction from Club Captain Tim Baxter

7.15 PM Jimmy Gittins, State of Mind Sport- Talk/Advice/Presentation

8.00 PM Food and Relaxation- Quiet areas available

8.20 PM Andy’s Man Club advice and support

8.50 PM Presentations/Video Testimonials
